Modernized adaptation

characters:  Mrs. Mallard, her husband, her sister Josephine, Husband friends Richard

Setting: It takes place in the mallard's residence in the 2000s 

Plot: After Mr mallard finally got around all of the traffic and started to merge onto the highway he got into a terrible car accident and does not know if he will survive.

Pivotal Moments: 1. the first moment was when Mr mallard left for work. 2. He had to go a different way to work today because there was a bad motorcycle accident that happened on the road he usually takes to work so he has to take a long detour to get there. 3. When he finally got passed all of the traffic from the accident and was driving past on a different road he then had to merge on the highway and got hit by a big 18 wheeler truck. 4. now they have to tell the news to Mrs mallard that her husband has been in a terrible accident and has been put in a coma. when she visited him in the hospital she just looks at him with a blank stare and then she stabs him to death. then she turned and looked in the mirror on the wall and stabs herself to death.

climax: the climax of this story is when the husband is in the hospital with the coma and the wife comes into visit him then she stabs and kills him.

Resolution: The resolution of this story is after Mrs mallard kills Mr mallard in the hospital. She then turns and looks into the mirror and kills herself as well.

act 3 notes

act 3 starts off 1 hour later and they are very sad about the money being lost, right after asagi came to the door ready to help them move. beneath then tells him about what happened to the money and right after he asks her to move to Africa with him. Mamma then tells them to start unpacking right as when they were ready to move she then says sometimes you just got to know when to give up to ruth. Walter then comes back and he made a call to carl litner, he then arrives at the same time as the movers to talk about if they are moving or not. he explains to him who they are and what they do and he is proud of them, he then tells him that the youngers will be moving into the house there father earned. and they were warned about the dangers to come with moving in but they are anyways.

Second poem Is Mother To son  This poem has a lot of meaning in it They talk about there troubles in life about how they didn't really have much and the mom has been pushing through and doing as much as she can to better ber son to make sure he doesn't have to be doing what she does.
