play review

Play review The play that was performed was the "curious incident of the dog un the night time" By Mark Haddon, I watched it on Friday 15 in the BlackBox theater. the play is about a 15-year-old boy named Christopher boon who has autism starts the play by finding a dead dog on the ground named wellington and he wanted to figure out who killed him so he went door to door asking people if they knew what happened to him but nobody had the answer for him. His dad named ed finally had enough of Christopher going around asking if people knew what happened and he told him that he is not allowed to keep invading people space and needs to just leave it alone and move on and its really hard for him to do that because he has ASD and sometimes when you have that disorder its really hard to move on from things when you are really focused on it. In the beginning on pages 94-95, Christopher starts to talk about how his exam went to ed and Judy is their listening also On the bottom half of page 95, Siobhan asks about how his flat is and Christopher responds by saying a lot of specific things that didn't really need to be said but because of who he is he went into depth about it. Then towards the end of the conversation about the flat to Siobhan he asks if he can live with her and she responds with no which makes him think that he did something wrong or he is two noisy or something and just can't understand why she said no and she tried to explain that she isn't his mother and that she can't have him come live with here. Toward the end of this on pages 98-99, he gets his results from his test and he did good on it he got an A on it.
